The 'K' hinge has two slots for locking, one at 90 regrees and the other at zero degree.
Applications it can be amended for; Sofa beds, fold away walking frames. Confident engineers will find other applications to amend it for.
The history of the ‘K’ hinge shows it’s used in horizontal activities. Our standard ‘K’ hinges comes in two different pressures of spring, a 2kgs or 3kgs. When purchasing it maybe a requirement to think about the amount of pressure the spring has to take.
